Installation is not included, we do not provide installation. Please find a professional installer with Smart Lock experience, especially know this type of lock and someone who knows how to troubleshoot when facing problems. Don’t find someone who doesn’t have experience and come back to us, we are not able to help you to troubleshoot remotely.

Please let us know the handle direction if need us to adjust it for you, originally it is the Right side from the outside.

Please measure your door and ask our customer service before purchasing. The door minimum thickness of 25mm is required.

Double-sided fingerprint lock, inside and outside need to enter the fingerprint to open the door, prevent someone from the outside from reaching inside the door, and safeguard your home!

The standard edition has five ways to unlock the lock: fingerprint, password, Card, temporary password, and key！

TTLock app: You can unlock the lock on your phone APP, check the record of the unlock, and create a temporary password for your friends to unlock!

To prevent others from peeping, enter any number before and after the correct password to unlock.

Power is supplied by 4 unit AA battery. The smart lock will prompt when the battery is low. Please change the batteries in time.

4. Can generate temporary password with expiry time and date remotely, even without gateway, and not connected with the lock.(Only system-generated passcode, if want to set your own customized passcode, need to connect with the lock)

Remotely control requires have TTLock Bluetooth Gateway, which is sold separately.

This Lock support with TTlock APP, also compatible with Alexa/ Google Home/ Smart Watch.(Gateway required & remote unlock enabled)

Without a gateway, it uses Bluetooth connection(only a short distance)

For a change of mind return, the item needs to be returned in its original, completely unused, and resellable condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories. For returns due to other reasons, please contact us before raising a return request.

Warranty: 1-year manufacturing defects warranty(from order date).

Warranty Policy
Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The item is required to be sent back for claims. Upon verification, we’ll rectify the issue. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. Lock mortise and lock components are not covered under warranty.
