Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The item is required to be sent back for claims, we are not cover the shipping fee. Upon verification, we’ll rectify the issue. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. Lock mortise and lock components are not covered under warranty.

Return Policy
For a change of mind return, the item needs to be returned in its original, completely unused, and resellable condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories. For returns due to other reasons, please contact us before raising a return request.
