This Biometric fingerprint support with TTlock APP, also compatible with Alexa/ Google Home/ Smart Watch.(Gateway required & remote unlock enabled)

Without gateway it is using Bluetooth 4.1.

Work with G2 gateway with home wifi network, you can manage or unlock your lock anywhere. Please note that gateway need to buy separately.

Warranty: 1-year manufacturing defects warranty(from order date). Any man-made damage or battery leakage issue not covered under warranty, can be repaired with charges. Please note that in the event of a warranty claim, you are required to send the product back to us.

Warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The item is required to be sent back for claims, we are not cover the shipping fee. Upon verification, we’ll rectify the issue. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or wear and tear. Lock mortise and lock components are not covered under warranty.

For a change of mind return, the item needs to be returned in its original, completely unused, and resellable condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories. For returns due to other reasons, please contact us before raising a return request.
