Shipping:

  • We ship within Malaysia using trusted courier services.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.

  • Tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp or email.

Free Shipping Offer:
Customers in West Malaysia enjoy FREE shipping for orders above RM100 (within a single order).
Note: This offer does not apply to instant delivery services such as Lalamove.

Instant Delivery (Lalamove):
Service is available upon request in selected areas. Kindly contact our customer service to confirm availability. Please select ‘Local Pickup’ as the shipping method during checkout. Delivery charges are distance-based and shall be borne by the customer upon delivery.

Self Pickup:

    Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

    Please allow at least 30 minutes after placing and paying for your order before coming to collect. This gives us time to prepare your item.
