Short answer: No, eWeLink devices use the eWeLink app only.
Explanation
eWeLink and Smart Life are different platforms. If your current home already uses Smart Life, choose Smart Life/Tuya devices. If you already use Sonoff/eWeLink, choose eWeLink devices.
